Leon Orange serves as Association Director of Content Creation. He leads the development and amplification of high impact multimedia content across the OEP’s digital platforms. He works closely with teams across the organization to produce video, photography, written content, and social media that elevates our brand, supports our strategic priorities, and showcases the people, projects, and momentum shaping the Orlando region.
Beyond his professional background, Leon spends just as much time behind a microphone as he does a camera as a DJ and curator of poetry open mics. He is a military veteran with over 20 years of service—so discipline comes naturally, but so does creativity.
This episode of The City Playbook explores what it takes to build a lasting civic asset, how arts and culture drive economic development, and why alignment between leadership, philanthropy, and business is essential to building a thriving city.
