Patricia Thomas serves as an Associate Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Orlando Economic Partnership on the Foundation for Orlando Future's team. She leads YP:NEXT, the Chamber's young professionals' program as well as iGRO, the intern and new hire retention program for the Chamber. Patricia holds a master's degree in U.S. Foreign Policy and prior to joining the Partnership team worked in a Washington D.C. think tank where she helped lead programming on U.S.-Latin America relations.
