Along with Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings and Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer, the Orlando Economic Partnership took the message of our regional business branding campaign, “Orlando. You don’t know the half of it.®” to major media outlets in New York City. Over the course of almost two days, Partnership President and CEO Tim Giuliani and the Mayors met with journalists at Bloomberg, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, TechCrunch and others, highlighting why Orlando is a strong location for business. While there, the mayors and our business development team also met with companies who may be looking to expand and/or locate in our region.
The first story to result from the interviews features Orlando’s economy beyond tourism, 5G technology and clean energy goals on Bloomberg’s “Muni Moment” on Bloomberg Markets.
