Orlando, Fla. – Convergys, a global customer management firm, announced today the expansion of its customer service/contact center in Orlando by adding 155 new jobs over the next three years. The company currently has about 1,900 employees in the Orlando region and recently moved in to 16,000 square feet from an existing building, owned by Convergys, located next to its Seminole County location to accommodate the expansion.
Convergys is a global company with 125,000 employees working in more than 150 service centers throughout 31 countries. Convergys provides solutions including technical support, outbound services, sales, analytics and back office support among others.
