“We are proud to see Drummond Carpenter grow from a local, veteran-owned business into a nationally recognized engineering firm,” said Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings.

“The expansion of the Maitland-based headquarters shows what can happen when we create opportunities for homegrown businesses to succeed. We congratulate the Drummond Carpenter team on this important milestone.”

By expanding at its home base, the company is adding career opportunities and capacity in industries that help communities address infrastructure, water, environmental, and resilience challenges.

“Drummond Carpenter’s decision to expand its headquarters in Maitland shows how homegrown companies can scale nationally while continuing to create opportunity here,” said Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership.

“These 30 high-wage jobs and the company’s investment will strengthen important capabilities in engineering and data-driven problem-solving, advancing the Orlando region’s position as a place where innovative businesses can grow and compete.”
