Orlando, Fla. – EPC Aerospace has acquired and rebranded Sky Aerospace (formerly Sky Aerospace Engineering LLC) at Orlando International Airport, establishing its U.S. headquarters and marking a major milestone in the company’s plan to build a global aerospace and defense organization. This acquisition launches EPC Aerospace’s broader strategy to develop a network of maintenance, repair, and overhaul centers across the United States, United Kingdom, and Australia—delivering integrated capabilities for both commercial airlines and defense programs.

MCO’s vision is to create an aerospace hub so that EPC and similar businesses can thrive and shape a standard of aerospace excellence on our airfield” said Lance Lyttle, president and CEO of the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA).
“The company’s commitment not only strengthens our airport’s role in supporting next-generation aviation technologies but also creates high-value opportunities for Central Florida’s skilled workforce.”

State Representative David Smith said, the decision for EPC Aerospace to start its aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul operations in Orlando makes perfect sense.
