Participants are asked to rank priority projects in essential areas: positioning the Orlando region as a top 10 innovation hub, developing 15-minute cities, and creating the No. 1 place to live in the nation.

Orlando, Fla. – Planning for the future is essential, especially when it comes to ensuring the long-term prosperity and sustainability of the Orlando region. That’s why the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) is leading a visioning process, Orlando 2045, Igniting Orlando’s Potential, to convene leaders and partners in charting a path for the next two decades for the rapidly evolving region made up of Orange, Osceola, and Seminole Counties as well as the City of Orlando.
As part of this process, the OEP is asking residents within the region to take the 2045 community survey, to help define the region’s trajectory, identify key priorities, and outline the necessary steps to create a vibrant, equitable, and innovative future. The survey, available in English and Spanish takes about 10 minutes and can be completed online.
“Over the past year, the Orlando 2045 visioning process has engaged hundreds of community leaders, residents, and industry experts across the region, each contributing their insights and expertise to create a shared vision for Orlando’s future,” said Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership. “This collaborative effort underscores the commitment of our community to plan not only for the challenges we face today but also for the opportunities ahead.”
“By working together, we’re ensuring that Orlando remains a competitive, sustainable, and dynamic region with a resilient economy that supports opportunity and growth for everyone.”
Tim Giuliani, President and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership
The OEP invites residents, business leaders, and stakeholders to participate in the survey and rank critical projects that will shape the region by 2045. From transforming Orlando into a top 10 innovation hub to creating walkable 15-minute cities and becoming the No. 1 place to live in the nation, this survey will directly influence the future of the region, ensuring that it thrives for generations to come.
“This survey is a powerful tool that allows our community to directly influence the path we take together. We are counting on everyone—from residents to business leaders—to help us prioritize the projects that will make Orlando a thriving and prosperous region well into the future.”
“The feedback from the community will be invaluable in shaping a future that reflects the aspirations and needs of all who call the Orlando region home.”
Tim Giuliani, President and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership
The survey opens March 3 and closes March 21. The survey includes demographic questions to ensure that a broad range of voices are heard.
