Orlando, Fla.International Insulation Products (IIP), an industry leader in reflective insulation manufacturing, cut the ribbon on its new corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility in the Orlando region. The company relocated its HQ from Atlanta, Georgia, investing approximately $350,000 into its new facility located at 8695 Transport Drive and is projecting to add two dozen jobs by the end of the year.

“We chose to relocate our headquarters and manufacturing facilities to Orlando for a number of reasons, including Florida’s business friendly environment and Orlando’s talent pipeline which creates a steady and abundant workforce.”

Dermot Ennis, President of International Insulation Products

“We considered remaining in Georgia and looked at other states, but after weighing all of the options, it was an easy choice to pick Orlando as the site for our new operations and corporate offices,” said Dermot Ennis, President of International Insulation Products.

IIP is expanding its presence in Orlando from a satellite office with two employees to a new 40,000 square foot facility that will house its corporate headquarters and manufacturing operations.

“I am pleased International Insulation Products is expanding and developing the next generation of insulation products in Orange County,” said Orange County Mayor Jerry L. Demings.

“Companies like IIP that are on the cutting edge of the construction industry and helping to reduce our impact on the environment create quality jobs for our community at all levels. We appreciate their investment in our region.”

“IIP continues to grow and develop new, innovative products,” Ennis said. “Our growth plan for the next two years is to double the number of employees at our Orlando facility and expand further into the western U.S.”

“We’re excited to welcome International Insulation Products to District 4 in Orange County,” said Orange County Vice Mayor and Commissioner of District 4 Maribel Gomez Cordero. “Thank you for providing good jobs for our families at a company that is environmentally friendly.”

Established in 2012 by Ennis and Terry Ferroro, IIP strives to be the industry leader in manufacturing reflective insulation and energy barrier products, including reflective foil insulation, wall insulation and reflective roof underlayment. IIP’s goal is to meet the needs of residential and commercial building clients within the domestic and international marketplace. IIP’s clients include Gilden, SaraLee, and Amazon. Since its inception IIP has experienced incredible growth of 30 percent year-over-year, even during COVID-19 shutdowns.

“What sets IIP apart is our emphasis on developing products that are made from the highest quality of materials and the development of patented manufacturing processes,” Ennis said. “IIP continues to develop state of the art, innovative products that bring value to our customers and protects the environment.”

In addition to selling its products throughout the United States, IIP has distribution in 14 different countries. IIP also offers opportunities for growth for its employees.

“At IIP we invest in our employees from formal training to education that benefits not only IIP, but also helps our employees gain valuable skills to help them in life,” Ennis said.

“We are thrilled that International Insulation Products is relocating to the Orlando region,” said Orlando Economic Partnership President and CEO Tim Giuliani.

“IIP found the region offers a favorable business climate and a talent pipeline that will fuel its workforce as it enters into this new chapter of growth.”
