Through curated experiences, exclusive access to regional leaders, and meaningful engagement opportunities, alumni will remain connected to one another, to current community issues, and to the mission of Leadership Orlando.

Leadership Orlando, a signature program of the Orlando Economic Partnership, has officially relaunched the Leadership Orlando Alumni Association, creating a renewed platform for graduates to reconnect, activate leadership talent, and continue shaping the future of Central Florida.
Guided by the theme Reconnect | Lead | Impact, the relaunched Alumni Association is designed to keep Leadership Orlando graduates engaged long after their class experience ends. Through curated experiences, exclusive access to regional leaders, and meaningful engagement opportunities, alumni will remain connected to one another, to current community issues, and to the mission of Leadership Orlando.
“As a region continues to grow and evolve, so does the need for strong, impact-driven leadership.”
Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership.
“Leadership Orlando has helped shape generations of leaders across the Orlando region,” said Tim Giuliani, president and CEO of the Orlando Economic Partnership. “The Alumni Association ensures that this powerful network stays connected, continues learning together, and plays an active role in helping our region thrive.”
The Leadership Orlando Alumni Association offers individual membership to program graduates who gain access to a wide range of benefits designed to support continued leadership development and connection, including:
- Invitations to “Listening to Leaders” events
- Access to exclusive Leadership Orlando Alumni sessions and networking opportunities
- Invitations to Leadership Orlando receptions
- Discounts to select Orlando Economic Partnership signature events
- Exclusive Leadership Orlando Alumni swag
- A quarterly alumni newsletter

A portion of alumni dues also supports the Juan & Yolanda Londoño Leadership Orlando Scholarship, helping to expand access to leadership development opportunities and ensure future cohorts reflect the region’s diversity and talent.
“The Alumni Association is about more than staying connected. It’s about stewardship,” said Lisa Winkelbauer, Executive Director of Leadership Orlando.
“Our graduates care deeply about this community. This relaunch creates intentional ways for alumni to share their expertise, build authentic relationships, and invest in the next generation of leaders who will guide Central Florida forward.”
Lisa Winkelbauer, Executive Director of Leadership Orlando
In addition to individual alumni membership, the relaunched Alumni Association introduces Leadership Stewards, a new corporate partnership opportunity.
Leadership Stewards engage with Leadership Orlando alumni through exclusive events, curated conversations, and high-impact programming. Through a three-year commitment, Leadership Stewards gain meaningful access to a highly engaged network while supporting leadership development across the region and elevating their organization’s visibility.
This initiative creates a unique space for business and civic leaders to participate in the conversations shaping the region’s future while directly supporting Leadership Orlando’s mission.
For more than five decades, Leadership Orlando has served more than 7,000 participants as a trusted leadership development platform for Central Florida’s business, nonprofit, and civic leaders. Graduates of the program are part of a dynamic network committed to strengthening the region through collaboration, service, and lifelong learning.
The relaunch of the Leadership Orlando Alumni Association formalizes that commitment and creates new pathways for alumni to stay involved, stay informed, and lead with purpose.
Eligibility for alumni membership is open to all graduates of Leadership Orlando. To learn more about the Alumni Association, Leadership Stewards, or Leadership Orlando programs, visit LeadershipOrlando.org.
