Why did you choose to invest in the Orlando Economic Partnership?
Northwood Ravin is looking to make connections and build our network within the Orlando market space. Our footprint is growing in the Central Florida region, and we’re excited to be able to share that with fellow investors.
How does being in the Orlando region contribute to your organization’s success?
We are in areas that are thriving with new infrastructure, developments, and organizations. Those all contribute to the success and growth of our properties. We always aim to be top of mind as a preferred housing solution for each market we develop in.
What are you most excited for that is coming to the Orlando region?
New jobs, new businesses, new developments – this means new prospects and opportunities for us to market our apartments to them.
Lastly, are there any new and exciting developments in the pipeline for your organization?
At the moment, we’re most excited about our newest development in Kissimmee, The Lucent at Sunrise. It has a 23,000-square-foot lazy river!
