Public‑ and private‑sector partners celebrated the opening of Sanford’s newest advanced manufacturing logistics center, a state‑of‑the‑art facility that opened fully leased—highlighting the region’s economic momentum and demand for modern industrial space.
The Sanford Logisticenter, developed by HLI Partners and located at 2551 McCracken Road, is a new 116,000+ square‑foot industrial facility anchored by PHD Games and Native Vanilla—both representing strong business retention and expansion projects supported by the Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP).

PHD Games occupies is expected to retain 53 jobs while creating at least 10 new positions over the next several years with its expansion into the site. The project represents a $250,000 capital investment in equipment and supports ongoing growth following a 30 percent year‑over‑year increase in combined sales, which now total $300 million annually. By consolidating its Central Florida operations into the new facility, PHD Games is enhancing operational efficiency and strengthening its ability to serve customers across the United States and Latin America.

Native Vanilla, a Sanford‑based leading manufacturer of extracts and flavors servicing retail, industrial, and private label industries, also expanded its operations at the Logisticenter. The international manufacturer and distributor of ethically sourced vanilla products plans to create 20 new jobs and invest $1.25 million capital investment into the space and new equipment.

The Orlando Economic Partnership supported the companies’ expansions by providing permitting assistance prior to occupancy, facilitating introductions to key industry partners, and helping market and amplify the companies’ investment in the region.
The project reflects strong collaboration among regional partners, including the City of Sanford, Seminole County, and Florida Power & Light, whose continued support helped make the development possible. Following the ceremony, attendees toured the facility and connected with company leadership, elected officials, and project partners.
