The chairman and owner of The Keewin Real Property Company, LLC, will receive his award at the OEP Regional Leadership Conference that will take place Friday, March 27, 2026, convening business and civic leaders to advance the shared priorities of the Orlando 2045 vision.
The Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) today announced that Allan E. Keen of Winter Park is the 2026 James B. Greene Award recipient, recognizing his lifelong commitment to advancing the Orlando region’s economic prosperity through visionary leadership, institution-building, and transformative infrastructure advocacy.
Keen, the chairman and owner of The Keewin Real Property Company, LLC, will receive his award at the OEP Regional Leadership Conference that will take place Friday, March 27, 2026, convening business and civic leaders to advance the shared priorities of the Orlando 2045 vision.
The James B. Greene Award is the Orlando Economic Partnership’s highest individual honor, celebrating leaders whose sustained service and impact have helped shape the region’s long-term economic trajectory. Throughout his career, Keen has played a defining role in strengthening Orlando’s talent pipeline, global competitiveness, and quality of place.

“This recognition is especially meaningful to me because Jim Greene represents someone far greater than a single person, or a title, or a position,” said Keen. “He represents courage, vision, and leadership at a moment when leadership was not easy.”
Keen’s leadership legacy includes significant contributions to Rollins College, where he’s served as a Trustee for the last 38 years, the longest of any Trustee. In that time, he elevated the institution’s academic profile and deepened its connection to the regional workforce and business community. His work reinforced the critical role higher education plays in preparing talent and cultivating leadership essential to Central Florida’s growth.
Keen was also instrumental in developing two major areas in the Orlando region: Winter Park, transforming a major portion of the Morse-Genius Estate into Windsong and Universal Orlando, to exclusively represent Universal in acquiring the property that now includes more than 2,000 acres.

Equally impactful has been Keen’s advocacy for regional infrastructure, including his deep involvement in advancing the Wekiva Parkway. His leadership helped move forward one of Central Florida’s most significant transportation and environmental projects, improving regional connectivity, supporting economic development, and protecting natural resources while shaping smarter growth across the region.

The OEP Regional Leadership Conference on March 27 will serve as a cornerstone moment for regional alignment, bringing together leaders from across Central Florida to translate the Orlando 2045 vision into action. The conference will focus on the pillars critical to the region’s future, talent development, innovation-driven growth, transportation and connectivity, and building a vibrant, competitive region that delivers opportunity for all.
The James B. Greene Award will be formally presented to Keen during the Regional Leadership Conference at the Loews Royal Pacific Resort at Universal Orlando. The conference is attended by hundreds of Orlando region business and community leaders. The price for Orlando Economic Partnership investors is $500 for individual tickets, $3,200 for a corporate table or $1,750 for a half table. The non-investor price is $575 for an individual ticket, $4,000 for a corporate table or $2,100 for a half table.
