The Responding to COVID-19 Webinar Series: Finding Success Interviewing, Hiring and Onboarding Virtually is the sixth installment of a series of webinars focused on sharing guidance on how best to respond to the realities of COVID-19.

It’s natural for businesses to experience uncertainty when faced with a quick transition to new technology and remote work. That’s especially true during this time of social distancing. This informative and engaging webinar is designed to help instill confidence in employers as they engage with new resources to continue to offer employment opportunities and build their workforce.

In this engaging webinar, Danielle Permenter, Partnership senior director of regional talent initiatives, and Jo Newell, Orlando Regional Chamber director of programs and strategic initiatives, hosted Nicole McMurray, AppleOne regional director for Orlando and Tampa, and Tracy Rebar, executive director and HR business advisor for JPMorgan Chase, for a discussion on how to help train and transition your team to virtual interviewing, hiring and onboarding of new employees. Tracy Rebar shared tips on how to interview in a virtual setting and Nicole McMurray covered how to extend a virtual offer and successfully complete the digital onboarding process.
