Grand Opening of Convergys Expansion and Job Creation

Orlando, Fla.  Convergys, a customer management firm, is expanding its customer service/contact center in Orlando by adding 155 new jobs over the next three years. The company will celebrate the expansion by hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony at its new 16,000-square-foot building in Lake Mary. Information on upcoming job fairs and programs to assist veterans will also be announced.
