Orlando, Fla. – Secure Transportation, a passenger transportation services company, is opening a new reservation center in Orlando, adding 75 jobs over the next three years and making a capital investment of $500,000. The new center will be the company’s first location on the East Coast when it begins operating at 707 Mendham Boulevard in Orange County.
“Secure Transportation spent months researching locations for our East Coast reservation center. After visiting several cities in different states, it quickly became obvious that Orlando was the best solution,” said Steve Dobbs, president of Secure Transportation. “It provides a strong, diverse workforce with superior customer service skills. Headquartered in Long Beach, Calif., Secure Transportation provides transportation services to a variety of passengers, including students, the elderly, medical patients and special needs passengers. The company ensures safe transportation to their client’s medical appointments. The family owned company also offers public transit shuttles and 24-hour customer service.
The Orlando Economic Partnership (the Partnership) assisted the company by coordinating site visits to identify suitable space for the reservation center and made introductions with staffing agencies, local colleges, and recruitment resources.
The Partnership also worked with Secure Transportation by providing connections to vital partners including Orange County Government and CareerSource Central Florida.
