Travel + Leisure Co. Celebrates New Downtown Orlando Global Headquarters

The relocation brings more than 900 associates into Orlando’s urban core and reflects a capital investment exceeding $36 million, reinforcing Orlando’s emergence as a dynamic hub for innovation, talent, and global corporate leadership.

The Orlando Economic Partnership (OEP) joins Travel + Leisure Co. (NYSE: TNL) in celebration of the official opening of the leading leisure travel company’s new global headquarters in Downtown Orlando.

The relocation brings more than 900 associates into Orlando’s urban core and reflects a capital investment exceeding $36 million, reinforcing Orlando’s emergence as a dynamic hub for innovation, talent, and global corporate leadership.

“The opening of our new global headquarters in the heart of the city deepens our connection to the community and represents a defining milestone for Travel + Leisure Co.”

Michael D. Brown, President and CEO of Travel + Leisure Co.

“More than a change of address, it reflects our continued focus on our people, our culture, and the future we’re building together,” said Michael D. Brown, president and CEO of Travel + Leisure.

The relocation and buildout were made possible through a strong public-private collaboration with the City of Orlando, the City of Orlando’s Community Redevelopment Agency, the OEP, FloridaCommerce, Interstruct, CI Group, Piedmont Office Realty Trust, and ASD|SKY. The OEP played a pivotal role in supporting the company through strategic collaboration with regional partners to ensure a seamless transition to Downtown Orlando

“The relocation of Travel + Leisure to downtown bolsters Orlando’s identity as more than a visitor destination.”

Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer

“It shows that our city is not only a global travel location, but also a serious place to grow companies and a place where residents can build careers,” said Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer. “High-wage office jobs – like those at Travel + Leisure Co. – bring daily activity and foot traffic to downtown, supporting local restaurants, shops, and services while helping attract even more retail, dining, and amenities for employees, residents, and visitors to enjoy.”

Travel + Leisure Co.’s relocation underscores Orlando’s appeal as a center for forward‑thinking, high‑growth industries. With salaries targeted at 200% of the average Orange County private‑sector wage, the headquarters strengthens downtown’s role as a magnet for top talent and industry leadership.

“Travel + Leisure’s headquarters in Downtown Orlando sends a strong message to the global business community: Orlando is a place where world-class companies come to lead, innovate, and grow.”

OEP President & CEO Tim Giuliani

“This headquarters reflects the strength of our regional talent pipeline, our collaborative business environment, and our commitment to long-term economic success,” said OEP President & CEO Tim Giuliani. “We’re proud to be your partner and look forward to supporting your continued success right here in Central Florida.”

This milestone directly supports the Orlando 2045 20‑year regional visioning initiative led by OEP, which outlines how Orlando will become a global creative capital grounded in innovation, sustainability, connectivity, and Broad‑Based Prosperity.

“Our new headquarters supports a collaborative and innovative organization.”

Kimberly Marshall, Chief Human Resources Officer of Travel + Leisure Co.

“As our associates have settled into the building, we’ve already seen the spark of energy we were hoping to with the move downtown,” said Kimberly Marshall, Chief Human Resources Officer of Travel + Leisure Co. “They want to be part of something great, and we’ve strived to create an environment that empowers them to do and be their best every day.”
