KPMG Lakehouse opened in 2020 and since then, thousands of employees have come through the facility every year
KPMG, a global leader in providing audit, tax, and advisory services, established its presence in Orlando’s Lake Nona more than a decade ago.
“In 2013, our leaders made the important decision to establish a national training and innovation center committed to training our more than 36,000 employees here in the U.S,” Isaac Juarez, Orlando Managing Partner, KPMG US, said.

There are more than 500,000 higher-education students within 100 miles of Orlando. Juarez said KPMG taps into that diverse talent pool to find the best employees to join their team.

4. Orlando’s business-friendly environment
In the past two years, Juarez said they have added more than 1,000 new jobs. He credits this growth to the Orlando region’s business-friendly environment.
