Founded in 2007 as CNL Commercial Real Estate, Foundry Commercial unveiled its new name in 2015 and has been shaped by professionals with decades of experience. By leveraging both a regional service and large investment platform, Foundry is able to use local relationships to identify investment opportunities earlier and make smarter investment decisions.
Controlling more than $500 million in advantaged investment, Foundry provides full-service real estate, brokerage, leasing, building and project management services to their clients. They are also the largest real estate service provider to religious and not-for-profit organizations in the country.
A University of Florida graduate, Paul Ellis was one of the founding members of Foundry Commercial and now serves as CEO. Paul has than 27 years of experience and has been involved in other community organizations, serving on the Boards of the Orlando Museum of Art and Arnold Palmer Hospital Health Research Institute as well as the Orlando Health Real Estate Committee and the Governance Committee of Florida Urban Land Institute.
