Please introduce yourself and the organization you represent.
Curium Solutions is an Orlando-based Consulting firm focused on guiding organizations, and people, through transformational change. Curium has called Orlando home since 2016 and has a team of experienced consultants who work with clients to integrate practical methods that Change Culture, Manage Programs, Shift Behaviors and Grow Talent. Our unique, people-first approach accelerates internal capability, ensuring business outcomes are embedded and sustained. We have an established client base in the Orlando community, working with Rollins College, Tupperware Brands, OCPS, UCF, Robinhood and several Central Florida non-profit organizations. We also represent the amazing talent coming out of Orlando, working with Morgan Stanley, the Department of Defense, NASA; and global clients including Microsoft, Atlas Copco, AstraZeneca, and Prologis to name a few. Having just joined the Orlando Economic Partnership in January 2022, Curium is currently expanding the team and are looking forward to getting to know more Partnership Investors.
Why did you choose to invest in the Orlando Economic Partnership?
After working in the Orlando area for the last few years, we wanted to continue to build relationships within the Orlando region and expand our local network. There is so much talent in Orlando and so many organizations we feel we can support; we want to continue to invest in the overall business health of the community. With so many high-caliber partners and investors, we wanted a chance to contribute to the amazing work that the Partnership is doing and elevate like-minded, people-centric businesses within the region to new levels of performance.
How does being in the Orlando region contribute to your organization’s success?
Orlando has incredible diversity, so it is an amazing place to live, work and build a business. The Orlando region has been crucial to our success so far because we have been able to tap into the exceptional local talent to build our team of consultants. The local business community has also been supportive and welcoming from the first day we launched. Our team comes from varied backgrounds, levels of experience, industries and organizations. They know and understand Orlando, while also bringing a global perspective to the table.
What are you most excited for that is coming to the Orlando Region?
Seeing the continued growth in the region, and the diversification of industries, is extremely exciting for Orlando right now. The new companies moving or expanding here will continue to create opportunities for more people to prosper in our community, as the availability and accessibility of high skill jobs continues rise.
Lastly, are there any new and exciting developments in the pipeline for your organization?
We recently expanded our footprint with our new Washington, DC office and added two new hires to our team, adding depth to the diversity and experience of our workforce. We’re also looking forward to launching some exciting new offerings later this year that will help our clients close talent gaps and accelerate change, especially in light of the ever-evolving challenges stemming from “The Great Resignation” and the surge of hybrid working. In continuing to develop our suite of transformation solutions, we are confident we can help nearly any organization operate more effectively and efficiently, which ultimately benefits our entire Orlando community.
