At Skillful, Trevor leads the development and deployment of the Skillful Talent Series, a training series for employers teaching them to use skills-based hiring to help them attract, hire, and retain talent. Trevor works to build partnerships with leaders in local business communities to provide people management solutions to communities across Colorado.
